It was the 1950s when Pietro, together with his son Adamo, began to give life to a project which, together with passion, dedication and love for the area, would lay the foundations for the creation of our reality: Vinicola Cordiali. Vinicola Cordiali is located in the Valdobbiadene DOCG area, the productive heart of Prosecco, and is a family-run business where tradition and innovation come together to give life to a niche Prosecco. Ivano and Simone, 3rd and 4th generation of the family, since 2019 believe in the great potential of Prosecco Cordiali which is followed, thanks to the care of expert hands, from the harvest to the bottling without leaving any passage to third-party companies. We have only one philosophy, rejecting large numbers to favor limited production while guaranteeing the highest quality, where excellence is the main factor. Thus it was born Spumante Cordiali which contains all the historical, technical and landscape heritage of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene.
Delicate wine with a balanced flavour, where fruity and floral aromas stand out with a pleasant and elegant sweetness. These are the main characteristics of our wines, suitable for any occasion.

Description

At sight it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine perlage. On the nose stand out floral aromas and fruity, ripe fruit such as apple, pear and apricot. On the palate it is pleasantly creamy, slightly savory but still with good acidity. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 6/8 C. It is excellent as an aperitif, thanks to its sugar content it goes well
goes well with both sweet and savory appetizers but also with shellfish and seafood.

Description

At sight it has a pale straw yellow color with a fine and delicate perlage. On the nose the bouquet is broad with intense fruity notes. On the palate it can be defined as soft and sweet, yet still with good flavor and acidity which are the basic characteristics of Prosecco DOCG. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 6/8 C and to combine it with light first courses but also with shellfish and sea.
